Which AI website builders do you work with?
Lovable, Bolt, Base44, Wix's AI builder, v0, Replit and most others. If the builder lets you export the code or share access to the project, we can almost always work with it. Not sure? Send us the link and we'll tell you.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You tell us what you want in a regular email. We handle the hosting, DNS and settings, we might need you to give us access to some necessary accounts, but there's nothing technical and we'll guide you through it.
Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?
Yes. Every site we launch stays on one of our monthly plans, because that's what covers hosting, backups and someone keeping it working. The Launch gets you live, and the plan keeps you there. Commit to 12 months and the Launch fee is reduced or waived.
How do I connect my custom domain to my AI-built website?
It usually means adding DNS records at the company where you bought the domain, then verifying the domain with your host and turning on SSL. One wrong record can take the site or your email down, which is why a lot of people get stuck here. We do all of it for you and keep the domain registered in your name.
Why isn't the contact form on my AI website working?
Most AI builders create a form that looks right but isn't connected to anything that sends email. Fixing it means hooking the form up to a real form handler and testing that messages land in your inbox and not in spam. We set that up during the Launch stage and make sure it works.
Why can't I find my website on Google?
Google has to discover a new site, and AI-built sites often launch without page titles, a sitemap or a Search Console account. We add those and submit your site to Google. Showing up for searches beyond your business name takes time ongoing work, which is what the Care Plan covers.
Who owns the website and domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name under the account of your choosing and the content belongs to you. If you ever leave, we hand over all files.
What counts as a small edit?
Swapping a photo, updating hours or prices, fixing a typo or adding a short paragraph. Anything that takes us about 15 minutes. Bigger changes like a new page or a new section fit the Care Plan's hour, or we'll quote them first.
Can I make changes to the site myself?
On the Keep It Live and Care plans, you email us and we make the change. If you'd rather edit things yourself, the WordPress plan rebuilds the site so you can log in and update content whenever you want.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are month to month. If you cancel, we hand over your site and everything needed to host it somewhere else.
